How is the delivery made?
FORMENS SRL will ship the Sales Order to its client within 28 days following the Sales Order Confirmation* by Colissimo at the address indicated by the client at the time of placing the Sales Order.
All deliveries are free of charge from 200,00 € of purchase, for orders below this amount, a delivery charge of 5 € will be applicable.
After sending the order, the customer will receive an e-mail with instructions allowing you to track the status of your order; you can track the delivery from your profile or on the site of Colissimo who took care of your order.
*During national holiday periods or on public holidays; some delays may occur due to the closure of delivery services. Any variation in delivery times will be communicated to you by e-mail.
I have not yet received my order. What should I do?
If the order has not been delivered on time and you have not received a delivery notice or there is no change in the status of your order, we suggest that you:
- check the status of your order by logging into your profile on My Account; My Orders;
- check that the address given for delivery is correct;
- if the order status is "delivered", send us an email with the order number and your delivery address to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org ;
- if you have received a delivery notice, send us an e-mail with the order number and your delivery address to the following address: email@example.com.
