CONDITIONS OF RETURN AND REFUND
Your suit is made only for you, to your measurements and taking into account your choices of customization. For these reasons, returns will be accepted only in case of obvious lack of conformity after validation of our customer service.
Any complaint must be made within 14 days after receipt of the order.
You will have to send an e-mail to email@example.com, as well as 3 photos of the garment worn (front, profile and back), which effectively attest to the presence of an anomaly as well as the reason why you wish to return the item.
Our customer service will then verify the claim and contact you to inform you whether or not it is accepted for return. It will only accept products that have an obvious lack of conformity, that cannot be altered and that have never been worn, altered or damaged.
If the return is validated, the garment must be packed in its original packaging, accompanied by the return acceptance form and sent to the following address:

The return costs are to be paid by FORMENS SRL. Within 7 working days of receipt of the item, FORMENS SRL will proceed to refund using the payment method chosen by the customer to place the order.
You can choose to receive your refund on your bank account or in the form of a credit note, at your request.
If the item was purchased with a gift card, the gift card will be reloaded.
Any return of an item that does not comply with the above conditions will be returned to the sender without any possibility of being refunded.
